作者简介 赫尔曼•格拉瑟（Hermann Glaser） 1928年生于德国纽伦堡。1952年获得博士学位，其专业领域涵盖日耳曼语言文学、英语语言文学、历史、哲学，在文化史、文化政策等方面著作等身。他是德国城市议会文化理事会主席、柏林工业大学荣誉教授、哈佛大学客座教授、国际作家笔会成员。曾获包括德意志联邦共和国十字勋章、纽伦堡文化大奖章在内的多个奖项。2013年，格拉瑟在纽伦堡市政厅庆祝85岁生日。 译者简介 周睿睿 1985年生于湖北武汉。现为德国汉堡大学社会与经济学院讲师、全球化管理中心研究员、德国文化政策协会成员。在汉堡大学讲授《文化政策研究导论》和《德中公共文化政策比较》。
